1.項(xiàng)目概述 Project Overview

本項(xiàng)目位于上海浦東，建設(shè)本套系統(tǒng)是為了對(duì)油漆車間用電、工業(yè)用水、冷水、熱水、天然氣、壓縮空氣等用能實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè)，并對(duì)車間上述用能情況按照產(chǎn)線、工藝流程、生產(chǎn)班組、用途進(jìn)行精細(xì)化計(jì)量和分析，實(shí)現(xiàn)車間的用能分類、分項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，實(shí)現(xiàn)車間產(chǎn)線用能考核、工藝段用能考核、班組用能考核，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)車間精細(xì)化管理。

This project is located in Pudong, Shanghai. 2.項(xiàng)目范圍 Project Scope

能耗系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)配電室的安科瑞多功能儀表、各處車間34臺(tái)渦街流量計(jì)（測(cè)量燃?xì)獗恚?臺(tái)熱量表、30臺(tái)冷量表、14臺(tái)工業(yè)水表、30臺(tái)渦街流量計(jì)（測(cè)量壓縮空氣）。

The energy consumption system monitors the multi-function instruments of Acrel in the distribution room, 34 sets flow meters (gas meters), 9 heat meters, 30 cooling meters, 14 industrial water meters and 30 sets flow meters (compressed air).
